Wintertide Festival

Wintertide Festival takes place in the historic Headland in Hartlepool

The Wintertide Festival is an independent festival managed by individuals and representatives from the local community, although it has aspirations to develop a regional audience footprint. The Festival aims to develop and support high-quality arts engagement, highlighting and celebrating local history, heritage and talent while addressing local issues.  The Headland Festivals Group was formed in 2014 as a constituted voluntary and community group, whose main purpose is to work collaboratively to maximise the impact and enjoyment of the Festival. We are currently developing the festival structure and will be turning into a CIC. Hartlepool deserves spectacular events that connect communities, link artists internationally and bring magic to the streets and smiles to faces.
