Independent Dancer, Aerialist & Circus Artist
Independent Dancer/Aerialist/Circus Artist with an 11-year career performing on the Outdoor Arts circuit and in theatres. Currently developing a career in Programming and Producing.
Trained as a dancer, my career has led me to work a lot with circus and aerial dance. I’ve spent my last 9 years working with Motionhouse, touring shows indoors and out worldwide. Before that, I worked as a performer with companies such as 2Faced Dance, Protein Dance, Sweetshop Revolution Staatsteater Hanover, Balletto Civile as well as performing for independent choreographers and theatre and festival-produced works.
My work has seen me donate a good few litres of sweat to most outdoor festivals around the country and many abroad and witnessing the impact of Outdoor Arts has led me to wanting to develop a career in the programming and producing of outdoor work.
oI love the connections the outdoor circuit fosters – between the artists and between companies and the public, I value the accessibility and equity of outdoor festivals and I’m a big fan of how much joy these events can bring, year in, year out.
