Take part and enjoy a FREE summer festival in the parks, squares, streets and venues across Bridgwater.

The Bridgwater Quayside Festival is on Sat 8 Jul, 11am-5pm. The festival is a free annual festival in the town centre, Blake Gardens and Bridgwater cultural venues.

Expect live music, town centre music stage with RSVP Bhangra, The Kahunas, Big Noise Street Band, Jon Maybey, Claude Sandiford, Voices of the People, Bridgwater Ukelele Strummers plus DJ artists from Roller DisGoat, Streetlinkz and Marie Marie Aston.

Seed Sedgemoor Creative People and Places brings the Tent of Wonders to the High Street and expect a variety of food, drink, arts, crafts, face painting and stalls along the High St leading to the Engine Room.

FREE outdoor shows in Bridgwater Town Centre with international hula hoop star Angie Mack, Ben Cornish and Merlin Cadogan fabulous street theatre shows.

Picnic in the Park in Blake Gardens with free family circus spectacle Cirque de Silk, Little Big Top workshops and Bowlore bringing the past to life with traditional medieval reenactment games for all to enjoy. Take part, join in with a variety of arts activities, from Create and Make.

Visit the carnival fete in Cranleigh Gardens with our incredible Lime Kiln Carnival crew who also help with crewing and stewarding. Visit Bridgy Gallery with lots to see and do. Take part across the town at the Bridgwater Arts centre, Engine Room, Blake Museum, Library, and Brick and Tile Museum, Bridgy Gallery. Programme coming soon.

Take a walk along West Quay,  our ancient port on your way to the Bridgwater Arts Centre and take part with traditional crafts and join in the eco art trail across the town.

Join in with our eco arts workshops leading up to the festival.

Look out for our walkabout street theatre animating the town with our local creative animateurs.
