Boost Programme is a free 12-month membership to OutdoorArtsUK for Disabled and Global Majority individuals or organisations that have leaders with these protected characteristics.

Boost is designed to support OAUK’s ambition to get more diverse voices heard within the Outdoor Arts sector. Through Boost, OAUK will nurture deeper relationships with people who are embedded within underrepresented communities, and your engagement with us will help the sector become more diverse and inclusive. OAUK is powered by our members, so we are only as good and effective as who makes up our membership.

Created to support a more diverse and representative Outdoor Arts sector, Boost helps ensure that a wider range of voices, experiences and perspectives are reflected across the industry. Through the programme, participants can connect with OutdoorArtsUK, access all the membership benefits and build relationships within the sector.

OutdoorArtsUK is powered by its members, and we believe a stronger, more inclusive sector comes from actively engaging with artists, producers, organisations and communities that have historically been underrepresented. Boost is one way we are working towards that goal, helping to create opportunities for greater participation, visibility and influence within Outdoor Arts.

Boost helps shape the future of the sector and ensures OutdoorArtsUK can better serve the communities it represents.
