Spilsby Light Night is a free community celebration full of illuminations, projections, performances, animations and installations. It has been growing into a key event in Lincolnshire’s calendar, delivering an exciting programme of local and internationally renowned artists and community engagement.
The event which is part of the Sessions Arts programme is produced by the Different Light Collective, illuminates Spilsby’s town centre spaces and utilises community buildings and public venues, to create a trail of installations, performances and experiences for audiences to enjoy. The quality and fun programme includes work and performances from Gemma Wood, Pif-Paf, Simon Le Boggit, Lumo Workshops and Punjabi Roots.
Thanks to UK Government funding through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the event is also supported by an Arts Council England Lottery Project Grant.
