- Physical Demands & Circus Bodies Challenges – Learn about common physical health conditions that aerialists face
- Load Management & Exercise Planning – How to balance training intensity, volume, and recovery to avoid burnout and maximize performance.
- Recovery Strategies & Injury Prevention – Active recovery techniques, and myofascial release for acrobats/aerialists/performers!

- Master’s in Performing Arts Medicine at UCL graduating with distinction.
- Presented her ‘Pain in Acrobatic Performers’ research at the PAMA Conference.
