A North Eastern Creative Producer
I am a creative producer based in the Tees Valley, deeply influenced by my working-class roots and a passion for outdoor arts that connect people to place. I specialise in dynamic, community-driven projects that transform public spaces into vibrant stages for storytelling, culture, and creativity. I thrive on collaboration, bringing people together in open, accessible environments to celebrate the unique character of places and their communities. My work is rooted in a commitment to inclusivity and impact, always aiming to create bold, authentic experiences that inspire and engage.
As a creative producer, I develop immersive, multi-disciplinary projects designed to animate public spaces and connect communities. My work integrates art into everyday life, from large-scale outdoor performances to intimate site-specific installations. I specialise in transforming familiar spaces – parks, streets, waterfronts, and urban centres – into extraordinary environments where creativity and connection thrive. With hands-on expertise, I craft experiences that celebrate local identity, foster inclusivity, and encourage audiences to see their surroundings in new ways.
My practice is built on collaboration and co-creation as well as in collective imagination, with a strong focus on outdoor arts. I begin each project by listening to the stories, voices, and needs of the community, working closely with local artists, residents, and organisations to ensure the work feels deeply rooted in its place. Whether devising performances, festivals, or participatory events, I create space for innovation and spontaneity, ensuring every project reflects the unique spirit of the people and places it serves. Above all, I strive to make outdoor arts inclusive and accessible, inviting everyone to experience creativity in open, welcoming spaces.
