Eisteddfod

The National Eisteddfod is the largest cultural festival in Europe, held in a different part of Wales every year. Come and see us in Rhondda Cynon Taf from 3-10 August 2024 for a taste of our language and culture at their best.

From music to literature and from a full programme of competitions to Wales’ premier contemporary art gallery, there’s something for everyone at the National Eisteddfod.

Ynysangharad Park in the centre of Pontypridd will provide a focus for most activities and pavilions, with the town also playing an important role during the week, creating an urban, alternative and exciting Eisteddfod, combining the local area with the festival itself.
