DEEPALI: Light It Up

We have pleasure in inviting you and your guest to  ‘DEEPALI – Light It Up Festival’ in Basingstoke, an open air event on Fri 5th November 2021. This is the very first event of its kind in South East of England.

There is a Diwali parade through town starting at 6.00pm, and then a series of engaging performances by local groups and schools and international artists and communities starting at 6.45pm at the Ampitheatre in Basingstoke.  This will include two works by Kala The Arts Company, including the premiere of a new work ‘Footnotes.’  The Amphitheatre is within 10 – 15 minutes walking distance of Basingstoke Railway Station.
