In this 30 minute webinar, Digital Culture Network Tech Champion for Audience Data Collection Jack Roscoe will share his experience in audience research, show where audience data collection and research fits in an organisation’s strategy, and how organisations can utilise it to its full potential.
This session will be useful to anyone who wants to understand what audience data collection looks like, and why it’s important.

This webinar is presented as part of a funded programme for creative and cultural organisations. Free places are available for anyone who works with or for a publicly funded arts and cultural organisation and for those currently in receipt of or usually eligible for Arts Council funding.
