The Digital Culture Network (DCN) provide free support on digital skills to individuals and organizations in the creative and cultural sector in England. There are absolutely loads of resources on their website, tutorials, top tips sheets, toolkits etc…. I’d been meaning to get round to looking into it for ages, but it always slipped to the bottom of my to do list but after hearing a talk by someone from DCN at a conference I attended, I finally got round to booking a 1 to 1 advice session and it was brilliant!
If nothing else ask them to conduct an audit of your website – it’s brilliant, so practical, useful, detailed and bespoke to you, we’ve found it invaluable. Great analysis of easy things we could do to make our website more accessible, more sustainable, feature higher on search engines etc…
You can also sign up for 1 to 1’s with a range of really helpful, friendly professionals on particular areas, like how to make the most of google ad grants or analytics etc…
