Happy Friday! Here’s a couple of things going on this weekend in the Outdoor Arts world that look like loads of fun:

In Worcester take all the family along to Atmosphere Festival, a new outdoor Spring festival inspired by our environment and the natural world, taking place this Saturday and Sunday. Immerse yourself in a two-day programme of live performances, workshops, talks and activities at Cathedral Square and Worcester Woods Country Park, including Cast Away by Highly Sprung, The Bees by Artizani, the Live Poetry Juke Box by Adie Mueller and Trui Malten, Take Ten by Fluid Motion Theatre and Lorna Rees, The Actual Reality Arcade by Matthew Harrison, and more! On Saturday there’s also a community picnic with live music from locally based singer-songwriter Max Stockin.

Brighton Open Air Theatre is back with a bumper 6-month summer season, kicking off today! There’s something for everyone with stand-up comedy, drag, music, family favourites, hard-hitting drama, laugh-out-loud comedies, improvisation, opera, dance, and a healthy dose of Shakespeare. Looking ahead, on 15 & 16 Apr The Minack Theatre presents The Kiss that Missed, on 22 Apr Autin Dance Theatre presents Out of the Deep Blue, on 1 Jun see The Gunpowder Plot by The Three Inch Fools, and Oddsocks Productions presents Hamlet (The Comedy) from 9-11 Jun.
