This registration is for those professionals (programmers, companies, distributors, Press, institutions, etc) who require accrediting in the Fair.
La convocatoria para la edición 2021 de Umore Azoka Leioa se abrirá el próximo 5 de julio.
The announcement for the 2021 edition of Umore Azoka Leioa will open on July 5.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The number of places is limited, so registration will be made in order of receipt of the forms. The allocation of hotel will depend on the availability of places and general organisational criteria.
- The festival will provide:
- Accreditation for access to the Meeting Point.
- Tickets worth € 13 / day redeemable at collaborating hotel establishments.
- Participation in the different forums and meetings.
- Tickets for limited shows.
- Attending professionals must pay lodging costs. Prices in the Hotel NH La Avanzada:
- Single room with breakfast: €70/day + 10% VAT.
- Double room with breakfast: €84/day + 10% VAT.
- Payment must be made in the hotel reception on arrival.
- Each invited entity may only be represented by one person. In the case of attendance of more people, they must assume their expenses and their registrations must be formulated on different sheets.
- Is required a mobile phone number so that, if necessary, we can contact you immediately.
- In the event that you are unable to attend on the dates indicated, please inform the Festival office as soon as possible.
