There is a lot of change and challenge in employment law and practice right now, and ITC is responding by focusing this year’s national conference on one central question: how do we become the best employers we can be?
The day brings together ITC leaders and managers from across the UK for a programme of support, learning, and peer networking.
Topics include:
- Access to Work and reasonable adjustments
- The challenges of AI in the workplace
- Championing and managing neurodiversity
- The Board as employer
- Coaching skills for managers
- Avoiding disputes and managing difficult conversations
- Ensuring anti-racism in the workplace
Sessions will take the form of panels, provocations, and interactive breakouts designed to deepen understanding and spark conversation among peers.
Members are also invited to shape the agenda. If there are additional employment-related topics you’d like to explore with colleagues, submit your suggestions by 31st July.
To make a suggestion, please contact admin@itc-arts.org or respond directly to your booking confirmation email.
This is an exclusive members-only, full-day event.
