CAGED is an explosive, evocative dance experience following 4 characters on a journey of solitude to connectedness. Inspired by real life stories of isolation and set within, around and atop a 3m high birdcage, CAGED encourages a connected, diverse society.
The four performers explore ambiguous worlds of entrapment and safety, a delicate balance that ultimately leads to feelings of hope and reconciliation.
CAGED is a call to action and creative response to the loneliness epidemic that is worryingly prevalent across areas of the UK.
