Cross Arts Events Producer Working with Everything Including Lazer Eating Squirrels!

I am a professionally qualified Arts Events Producer and Operations Manager with a career spanning two  decades in event management and events production for three major international organisations including Ambassadors Theatre Group , Barbican Centre and Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Sherman Theatre Cardiff, Manchester International Festival and Time Out Magazine.

I am a creative thinker with a passion for events without boundaries, a problem solver who empowers artists, colleagues, clients, participants, communities and audiences to be ambitious and achieve their best. Pioneering engagement in arts events, committed to equality and diversity. Experienced in leading, mentoring and managing a team with excellent interpersonal skills. Accomplished in all areas of operations, planning, programming and events/festival/cross arts production, with a strong focus on licensing, health and safety, diversity and inclusion, audience engagement, sustainability, community engagement, and customer service.

A mentor for young artists and producers during my time at the Barbican on a Young Visual Arts Group project. A key player in the first outdoor cinema screening on the Barbicans Sculpture Court. Many work credits including the first public arts programme on the Barbican Foyers working with artists, such as Felds, Possibly Colliding and Zarah Hussain with Numina. Other events include Ram Place Fashion Markets for Gautier 2014 Exhibition, Hackney. Station to Station at the Barbican Lakeside. Tune Into Access Festival with Drake Music, Sound Unbound Festival in the Square Mile, Leightenstone loves Film, Walthamstow Garden Party, Tunnel Visions to name but a few.

I have worked with everything from laser eating squirrels and upside down houses, to promenading a 20ft fur totem pole with 20 drag queens through the streets of Shoreditch.
