Chelsey Everatt – EverArts

Supporting Creatives to Make Their Best Work & Sharing This with Audiences in Public Spaces

Chelsey Everatt (EverArts) is an experienced Cultural Projects Producer who has worked in the sector for over a decade, independently, in arts organisations and local authorities in the East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, and beyond.

Chelsey is based in Lincoln, UK. With a degree in Architecture, and Masters in Arts and Cultural Enterprise, her varied background has included: working on the first Lincoln Frequency Festival of Digital Culture; the Paul Hamlyn funded Young People’s Programme with Lincolnshire One Venues; leading community engagement for the Heritage Lottery funded Boultham Park Restoration Project; Arts Development at North Lincolnshire Council; Cultural Development at Nottingham City Council; Project Producer for Audio Tales with Magna Vitae; Connected Creatives Coordinator for Lincolnshire One Venues; Event Coordinator for Grimsby Creates Noise; Independent Producer for Grimsby Creates; and Creative Producer for Artlink Hull. This has included leading Nottingham Light Night, co-leading the South Bank Dance Hub, projects in libraries, parks, communities, working with young people, older people, people with disabilities, and supporting artists and creatives closely to secure funding, evaluation work and more. She was an Artistic and Quality Assessor for Arts Council England between 2016 – 2020, and was previously a Trustee for The Level Centre in rural Derbyshire.

Chelsey is a member of Toolbox International. She is currently looking to develop a Culture Declares Emergency Hub in Greater Lincolnshire, and is also developing the Lincolnshire Producers Network.
