Produced by the city of Sotteville-lès-Rouen and Atelier 231, National Center for Street Arts and Public Space, Viva Cité is organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, of the region Normandy, the Department of Seine-Maritime, the Rouen Normandy Metropolis.

An unmissable event for all street arts enthusiasts and professionals , for 3 days the artists take over the city, its neighborhoods, its improbable spaces and places… it breathes at their own pace and the spectators blend in, rediscover it… !
