This March, Dublin invite you to celebrate St. Patrick’s Festival…To share, to laugh, to speak, to sing, to dance, to perform, to participate, and to be together, as one, wherever you are in the world. From the world-famous St. Patrick’s Day Parade, to the jam packed programme of events at Festival Quarter at the iconic National Museum of Ireland Collins Barracks, including the very best in music, dance, circus, conversation, spectacle, food and drink and so much. There are events taking place throughout Dublin.
The Parade
The iconic National St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns to the streets of Dublin on March 17, with more pageants, more marching bands and more participants than ever before! Through contemporary and traditional Irish arts, culture and heritage, the Festival will connect families, friends and communities across Ireland, and our global tribe of 80 million. Starting at 12 midday, it will wind its way through the streets of Ireland’s capital city from Parnell Street on the north to Kevin Street on the south, our national St. Patrick’s Day Parade will delight and entertain the hundreds of thousands that line the parade route. A cast of over 4,000 of Ireland’s most dynamic and innovative performers, musicians, dancers and artists will be joined by world-class marching bands who travel from around the globe to take part in this amazing bucket list event.
