There’s nothing quite like an evening of food, drink, music, theatre and comedy set against a backdrop of a changing skies and rustling leaves. Warm or cool, clear or overcast, being outdoors is exciting and unpredictable; a magical experience.
Lighthouse:OUTSIDE is back for its third year of live events and we’ve made sure there’s plenty to enjoy in our programme and that it’s as diverse as possible.
Whether you’re interested in TV comedians, (for grown ups and for kids), being swept away by the powerful storytelling in a play, celebrating with some of the best live musicians in town or relaxing while sat outside cradled by trees in our welcoming and intimate open-air theatre, there’s something here for everyone. Gather your friends and family for some unforgettable daytime and evening performances.
Lighthouse: OUTSIDE takes place in the open-air theatre to the side of Lighthouse. You’ll be seated on the grass, so please bring your own chairs, picnic rug, blankets and cushions to sit on.
Performances include Strong Enough by Charmaine Childs, The Tide by Talawa, Myths, Florence by Louise Jordan, and Monsters by Squashbox Theatre.
