Light Up Thurrock has had its third year, so help us celebrate in our 2024 finale event of Light Up Thurrock in Grays.
Individuals, families, community groups, organisations are all invited to represent and celebrate Thurrock in the evenings festivities, surrounded by visual art and light installations, performances and music!
Come along and get involved in our free event, sport a lantern, make a banner, wrap yourself in all of the fairy lights you can find, go bright in neon – lets bring some cheer to streets and shine a light on Grays.
Leaving Kilvert’s Field, Grays at 6pm to lead our parade safely through the town towards Grays Town Park, the events destination and continuing on from 7pm.
Keep an eye out for our workshops leading up to the event to make your own lantern to walk with in our Lantern Parade towards our evening’s final destination, Grays Town Park.
