Come and join us for Light Up Lancaster 2022 – a magic carpet ride through space and time!
Light Up Lancaster artists will transport you on a magical journey of discovery with their fun, playful, fantastical and inspirational creations. And, with this year’s theme of Turning Points, they will shed a brilliant light on moments of ponder. The performances, activities and installations in the city centre are all FREE – just turn up and enjoy! The art installations (unless otherwise stated) run from 5pm on Friday 4 November and Saturday 5 November.
And at 8pm on the Saturday the skies above the city will once again be ablaze with the culmination of the festival – a stunning fireworks display launched from the grounds of Lancaster Castle. There are also some great Fringe events to look out for!
