Head Out Not Home, Norwich

Head Out Not Home is Norwich’s summer festival of music and street theatre, taking place across the city centre over July and August.  It is commissioned by Norwich BID, and programmed and run by NORCA & Sistema in Norwich.

Since 2013, this staple of Norwich’s summer has offered more than 300 acts over the 7 years that it has been able to run, including established local bands, such as The Vagaband, Alden, Patterson and Dashwood, Samia Malik, Georgia Shackleton Trio, Kilamonjambo, the Thinking Men, Lovin’ Handful, and Impilo and world renowned street theatre (programmed with Covent Garden Entertainment) such as Betty Brawn, Akira, Mullet Man and Jarrdu.

Head Out Not Home is back for its 9th season in Summer 2022.  The festival will remain on a Sunday and run from Sunday 24 July to Sunday 4 September (inclusive).  2022’s sites will be:

  • Millennium Plain (except for Sun 14 Aug)
