‘The City of Wings Ypres’ is an international promotion festival for street arts: circus, theatre, music, dance, puppet theatre, installations, fire…
During ‘The City of Wings Ypres’, Belgian and foreign artists (both professionals, semi-professionals and amateurs) can promote and introduce themselves and their (new) show to organizers/promoters who are personally invited. This promotion festival is also free and freely accessible to all other spectators in order to give the artists a wide and necessary “neutral” audience.
