Christmas Lantern Spectacular

The Lantern Spectacular parade will leave St Oswald’s church at 6:30 and make it’s way along Church Street and up to the Market Place where there will be music. Its always very crowded along Church Street so make sure to get there early to for the best views. The roads will be closed from 5pm and parking is free. It will be lead by Spark! A Spectacular street theatre show performed by beautiful, costumed characters that combine high impact drumming, dynamic choreography and amazing lighting design.

Stilt walkers will also be there on the night, shops will be open and there will be lots of stalls in the street. There will also be a Santa’s Grotto in Greenman Yard organised by the Ruby Club.
