ÉCLAT – National Center for Street Arts and Public Space – pays particular attention to taking into account territorial equity and the development of access and the participation of the greatest number in cultural and artistic life. By deploying its project across Cantal, ÉCLAT wishes to create sensitive moments of wonder, sharing and social cohesion.
Throughout each season from September to July, but also during the Aurillac International Street Theater Festival in August, cultural action projects are the result of a link forged between an artistic approach and local actors. , co-construction and coordination between artistic teams and territorial partners from the educational environment (1st and 2nd degree, higher education), social, medico-social, socio-cultural, judicial, etc.
