After the cancellation of the annual festival last year due to COVID-19, we are delighted to announce a full programme of outdoors theatrical productions, music and dance performances, workshops and much more, planned from Friday 25 June to Sunday 11 July.
Unless further government restrictions prevent it, the festival will go ahead with health and safety measures in place to protect the public at all events.
Topping the bill will be acts such as the Urban Astronaut from Highly Sprung Theatre Company (Pictured – photographer: Rajvi Vaya) which combines storytelling with stunning design and an aerial performance, using a unique travelling flying machine that suspends the performer 20ft in the air!
Mimbre Acrobats return to the festival with their quirky show Lifted, a breathtaking and highly-skilled acrobatic piece of performance art.
Children of all ages – and their adult carers – are sure to love the circus theatre experience My House, created by Apocalyptic Circus. Little people and their families will be invited to look through the windows and doors of the house and discover the people living inside, trying to find a way to exist together in this quirky-looking house.
