Coventry City of Culture and OutdoorArtsUK invite you to apply for OAUK’s first Festival Focus of 2022.

Coventry City of Culture 2021 is still underway and we are offering the chance to apply for subsidised places to attend two days of performance and professional events. There are a number of places available for anyone who would benefit professionally from the experience; we would be very pleased to receive applications from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and identities.

You’ll be in Coventry for a couple of days alongside members of the OAUK team and we will aim to give you the opportunity to meet festival organisers and artists, as well as individual development time with the OAUK team. We’ll be seeing ‘Pirates of the Canal Basin’ by EGO Performance Company, supported by NoFit State Circus, and ‘Milesians: The Coming of the Gaels’ by Imagineer Productions in partnership with Circolombia and Rebel Manifesto Aerial. We’ll also attend Turning the Tide which includes Highly Sprung’s new show CastAway. Finally, we’ll be welcomed at the City of Culture Reception.

Dates…
Thu 21 Apr (arrive by 2pm)
Fri 22 Apr
Sat 23 Apr (morning departure)

It’s a fast one…
Applications close on Wed 13 Apr at noon and we’ll be in touch shortly after. Due to the tight turnaround time, we will not be able to give feedback on unsuccessful applicants.

If you have any queries, please send David an email. He is available on david@outdoorartsuk.org
