The Puddings and Pathways Festival continues this weekend, with Tea Beside the Orchard in Icklesham. To celebrate the regeneration of the 31 mile 1066 Country Walk from Pevensey to Rye, 18 Hours have launched the Puddings and Pathways Festival, luring peckish walkers to eateries along the path, with specially created 1066 puddings and fabulous free street theatre. Tomorrow see Just More Productions with Do What Yah Mama Told Yah! and Dizzy O’Dare’s Falconry Dismay!

Thorington Theatre’s 2021 Season starts today, a new outdoor theatre space nestled in the Suffolk woodlands. This weekend you can see A Midsummer Night’s DreamAn Evening of Magical Opera and Treasure Island.

Celebrate the wildlife of Waltham Forest with the Go Wild-life Carnival this weekend! The Doorstep Carnival includes live music, large-scale puppets, eye-popping costumes, dance, and acrobatics, taking place in estates in Chingford, Walthamstow, Leyton, and Leytonstone. You can also join in with the online activities including mask making, bird spotting, and environmental quizzes.

In Coventry on Sunday, Stand and Be Counted Theatre presents Can You Hear Me, Now? a celebratory, large-scale outdoor performance made with and for the people of Coventry. Expect live music, dance, spoken word, storytelling and spectacle!

If you’re not heading outdoors this weekend, there’s a fantastic opportunity to get a sneak peek of Motionhouse’s brand-new show Nobody in a special live stream event from their space in Leamington Town Hall tonight from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Watch the Motionhouse dancers rehearse sections of Nobody and ask your questions about the show to Artistic Director Kevin and the dancers.
