Did you make outdoor work during the pandemic? The University of Exeter is interested in the reopening of live outdoor events in public spaces, especially for theatre and performance art.
Outside the Box: Open Air-Performance as Pandemic Response Survey
Research Aim
The aim of this study is to understand how artists have created outdoor events before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. We define outdoor events as those taking place under the open sky and exposed to the weather, in whatever context. Our study concerns small to mid-scale theatre, live art and related performance events.
Why you?
This survey is for performance/theatre artists in the UK and we’d really like to learn your views about creating theatre, live art and related performance outdoors, at this time.
The research is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), a part of United Kingdom Research and Innovation (UKRI) We would welcome your views and this questionnaire should take around 10 minutes to fill out.
