Pits and Pinnacles of Physical Performance in Scotland – A conversation and consultation exploring development and support for our sector.

Articulation (Scotland’s advocacy body for the Outdoor Arts, Physical Theatre and Circus Sector) are delivering an information and networking session to connect artists, freelancers and organisations working across the sector. Articulation works strategically, in partnership with artists and organisations, to champion homegrown talent on a local and international level, to give agency to under-represented artists, and to promote and nurture high-qualitywork.

During the event Articulation will launch their new membership scheme with breakout sessions for the arts sector to feedback, share their ambitions for the sector and shape the future trajectory of the organisation. We’ll also hear from speakers from the cultural arms of Scotland’s local authorities on their approach to programming and ways independent artists/freelancers can connect with their organisations. Finally join us for presentations from artists on their upcoming work alongside some informal networking over a glass of fizz.
