Rooted in the heart of Hartlepool’s Headland, Wintertide is a grassroots festival that thrives on community spirit and creative energy. We provide a platform for both established and emerging artists to showcase their work, transforming the familiar streets, buildings and coastline into extraordinary spaces filled with art, music and performance.
Now a biennial celebration, Wintertide builds momentum all year round through community-driven events that spark pride, connection and wonder.
Our centrepiece is the spectacular 3-day live event with:
