Wild Geese Theatre are experts at creating immersive theatre for young audiences and families

We make shows that are interactive and immersive. Our unique style of theatre-making puts young people in the driver’s seat and provides a platform for them to experience theatre whilst engaging creatively with it at the same time. Our incredible team of performers & facilitators bring children into the world of our plays by asking them to imagine how the characters are feeling, what they might be thinking, and predict what they might do next – calling on their empathy and reasoning skills to enrich our stories in their own unique ways. The audience is involved throughout our shows, be it through rhythmic participation, atmospheric activities, or playing key characters. We want children to feel a part of the arts; to feel supported in their creativity, and ultimately to grow through experiencing live theatre.

Formed in 2019 Wild Geese Theatre Company’s previous productions include the award-winning ‘BOUDICA’ – an interactive play for children aged 5-11, ‘Fiona and The Fox’ – a five star multi-disciplinary, dance/storytelling show and bespoke interactive story-walks ‘The Steam off the Barley’ and ‘Equinox’, both giving families a great day out by blending creative crafts with thrilling narratives and historical facts.
