Sarah Smith has been working in the outdoor arts and circus sector for over twenty years. Coming from a community member with No Fit State Circus moving through many roles with them. Including professional Clown, Aerialist, Walkabout Performer,Trainer, and finally Project Manager.
She has run her own performance companies in the UK and Internationally and worked with companies and festivals such as Circus Mash, Bassline Circus, Spark Children’s Festival Glastonbury, Greenman, and Boomtown Fair.
In roles such as Producer, Project Manager, Event Manager, and Stage Manager.
Specialising now in the project and stage management of large outdoor circus shows. She now finds herself in the role of the matriarch in the sector. With an MA in Arts Management and the been there and done that, she can now offer the support, knowledge, and structure to help individuals and organisations.
