Bringing you High-Energy Performance Fusing Contemporary Dance, Circus, and Theatre
No Sleep Dance Theatre was formed in 2019 by Dylan Davies and Jules Young during their time at Hereford Sixth Form College (HSFC). Two men in a lift, their first collaboration as No Sleep, was created and performed at HSFC in the Performing Arts Centre. Over the subsequent years, they have combined their common interests within dance and theatre to create high energy narrative dance work. In their most recent shows they have been utilising aerial circus and partner acrobatics to further their wider audience appeal.
