Wild Wire Walker, Dangerous Dancers and Fierce Balancers
Daughters of the Dust are an all female collective of wire walkers, redefining the traditional narrative surrounding tightwire walking. We create medium to large scale outdoor performances features an all-female cast of high-level, multi-disciplinary artists always with an emphasis on wire walking.

ElevateHer is an all female wire walking show, played out across three multi level interconnecting wires, telling the stories of six performers through music, spoken word and movement. With an emphasis on female camaraderie and empowerment.
Company Director –
Phoebe Baker. With over a decade of experience making shows I have created large-scale outdoor spectacles and narrative-based storytelling shows around tightrope and highwire rigs, performing at Glastonbury Festival, So Festival, Western Australian Circus Festival, and GDIF. After a few years break to recover from a major accident and having a child I’m very happy to be making work again and more recently I have been drawn to explore new dimensions of wire walking with a focus on empowering women.
