The thrilling Tunbridge Wells Mela Festival returns this year to the town with a celebration of music, food, dance and visual arts from around the world. Once again the thrilling family-friendly event will be in the perfect setting of the town centre park in Tunbridge Wells, Calverley Grounds, which has its main entrance opposite Tunbridge Wells Railway Station.
It will be the 18th year the show-stopping festival has brought its magic to the town and delighted the crowds. The event is on Sunday, July 20 from noon until 6pm, and the grassy slopes of the park create the perfect viewpoint to see the dazzling performances.
And there’s plenty to enjoy off stage too. The event is organised in partnership by Cohesion Plus and Kent Equality Cohesion Council and is supported by Arts Council England.
