TAC 2026, Spain
May 20, 2026 - May 24, 2026

The Valladolid International Street Theatre and Arts Festival (TAC) has become a cultural benchmark where action, observation, fun, shock, emotion and reflection work together to redefine urban space and give extraordinary dynamism to the entire city of the Pisuerga.

The TAC is the moment when the city of Valladolid and its citizens merge to experience theatricality in a profound way; understanding this as the relationship that occurs between the different agents of the artistic community, creators, performers, audiences and urban space in favor of something that is not observed under normal conditions and that allows questioning personal and collective perceptions.

In recent editions, TAC has focused its attention, efforts, and resources on Street Arts in their broadest, most multidisciplinary, and inclusive sense, aiming to re-engage with and reoccupy urban space. The result is a collective urban experience that transforms Valladolid’s architectural and landscape into stages for artists, creations, and audiences to inhabit. This unique character, forged over the last five years, positions the festival as a benchmark within the professional field of performing arts for public spaces: it is the premier event for those who create for the street and for unconventional settings; for those who play with public space and with the public.
