Our headline performance for the weekend is the premiere of Turning Point by all-female dance collective, Feet off the Ground on our Garden Stage. The climate crisis has reached a tipping point and the time for change is now. Inspired by Greenham Women and other female-led movements, Feet off the Ground examines how community, protest and a shared mission can make a meaningful impact. Using a rotating stage, the group journey through collective work, hope, struggle and sisterhood; working together to find solutions and paying tribute to the brave women who paved the way.
Luke Brown Dance will present Walk of the Dandelion on our Garden Stage: taking hopeful steps forward with a gentle walkabout by Daniel, a nine foot tall, sustainability-focused puppet made from recycled plastic milk bottles. Daniel is on a journey around the country to support all people to be mindful, courageous, talk, connect and focus on resilience.
