Free three-day event welcoming Vikings and visitors to Grimsby town centre. Fun family friendly event celebrating Grimsby’s proud king heritage and links with Scandinavia and Iceland. Expect Viking re-enactments, battle arenas, heritage stalls and traders. On Friday 8^th September 5pm-9pm the event will launch with Grim and his Vikings arriving on their longships by the Fishing Heritage Centre (DN31 1UZ). There will also be a parade around People’s Park on Sunday afternoon to close the event.

Location: Heritage Square nr Fishing Heritage Centre, Grimsby (Friday evening), DN31 1UZ, St James’ Square, Grimsby, DN31 1JS and People’s Park, Grimsby, DN32 0DR
