Chadwell St Mary Big Lunch
Aug 7, 2024

Autin Dance Theatre are bringing their unique blend of contemporary storytelling, striking physicality and innovative large designs to the Chadwell St Mary Big Lunch!

Parade – The Giant Wheel is a moving performance inspired by the beauty, power, and impact of people from different walks of life coming together, featuring a 12-foot tall Giant Wheel powered by six street artists and accompanied by music and a large community cast.

This ambitious and scalable street performance has inclusivity and accessibility at its heart.

Plus there‘s a live DJ set, sports workshops, games from Happy Go Lucky Family’s and stalls from Thurrock Play Network.

Chadwell Big Lunch is hosted by Thurrock Play Network in partnership with Start Thurrock, Thurrock Council, Thurrock CVS and Impulse Leisure.

Entry to this event and the majority of activities are free and we encourage you to come along with a picnic to share with your family and friends.

Some additional activities may incur a small cost, and refreshments such as tea, coffee, ice creams and cakes will be available to buy on the day.
