Battersea Power Station’s annual Light Festival is returning brighter and more interactive than ever before to illuminate the winter nights from 25th January – 25th February 2024.
A free light art trail for all to enjoy, explore seven light art installations from British and international artists, a number of which are making their UK or London debut. Shining bright both inside and outside the Power Station, many of the installations will offer more than just a visual experience, enhanced with soundscapes and interactive elements that respond to movement and more. From a giant diamond and illuminated butterflies, to a playable light piano and cycling light battle, there is lots to explore! The installations will be lit daily from 8am – 11pm.
There will also be family-friendly workshops, live entertainment and music throughout the festival, including live weeknight performances on the ‘Light Piano 1.5’ installation. Enjoy live ‘glow shows’ from specialist LED performers, and Silent Discos will be held in Turbine Hall B for the first time. Plus, visitors will have a chance to win a fantastic trip to Langkawi for four people courtesy of Malaysia Airlines. Stay tuned for more information!
