After the Storm (Walk the Plank)

Walk the Plank presents a festival finale entitled After the Storm, a Thames based spectacle in which the Woolwich Ferry and the river itself will play a key role.

The Woolwich Ferry is an icon of Woolwich and during the early stages of the pandemic, memorably performed donuts in the Thames whilst blasting its horn during the Thursday night Clap for Carers.

Recalling this proud history, and the unifying power of rivers, this finale moment will deliver an optimistic conclusion to this year’s GDIF.
