What is your promise to yourself and to Luton today?
This September, we invite you to participate in Public Trust a creative promise-making process, where oaths are sworn over a range of meaningful objects from sacred or civic texts to holy objects.
But first, we’re on the hunt for an additional object that resonates with the town.
Join us at Luton Point (the Mall) on 29 and 31 August from 10:00 – 16:00 to be part of crafting this object with us.
Public Trust: Main Installation
From taking oaths over sacred or civic texts, swearing over holy objects or materials, calling on a witness to making a pinky promise – each pledge or promise will be anonymously featured on a large-scale marquee display board that platforms the ambitions, aspirations and dreams of the town.
