Following Arts Council England’s decision to pause National Lottery Project Grants (NLPG) due to their Grantium system going down, OutdoorArtsUK are reaching out to our members who are impacted to get in touch with us. We are on hand to relay any concerns or questions to relevant Arts Council colleagues and give you appropriate responses and advice.
As per their announcement yesterday (5th August), Arts Council England is developing a bespoke solution for NLPG applications, which they hope to launch as soon as possible. However, they are focusing on getting under £30,000 application process up and running, and this may not come online as late as mid-September. Further details on other funding streams are to follow soon. OutdoorArtsUK understand that the disruption will cause anxiety and frustration, and we encourage those affected to contact us. We are here for you.
Existing grantees and applications submitted before 23rd July
We understand that payments to existing grantees are operational, and how to submit your payment request will be announced next week.
Those who have submitted applications before the technical issues began on 23rd July can currently expect to hear about their outcome in the usual timescale, and the decision will be communicated to you by email. Should this timescale change, Arts Council England will let you know. Successful applicants will receive information on how to accept the offer and submit your payment request.
