But I must say this recognition should not just go to one individual as the Freedom Festival Arts Trusts’ impact over the 9 years is thanks to so many people, the brilliant team members, the many artists, a super supportive group of trustees, amazing volunteers and all our stakeholders who sponsor and fund the events we do, which in turn have such a huge economic impact on the city and put Hull on the national and international cultural map!
