Eleni Kyriacou is the lead producer for Free Radical working to develop art for social and political change through artist development, training and platforming opportunities. Most recently producing the annual Festival of Audacity and 2019's instalment took over the transport industry with work on buses, trains and more.
Born and educated in London, she graduated from Central Saint Martins in Theatre Design for performance in 2005 and started her career specialising in costume and set design working for companies such as the BBC, C4, Shunt Lounge and Lost Vagueness at Glastonbury and Punch Drunks Firebird Ball before her move into production on their next show, Faust a National Theatre Production.
She went on to focus her practice in outdoor festival programming as well as immersive and experiential work going on to programme, produce for a range of clients some of which include; Un-Bound a two-week multi-arts festival in Spitalfield's Market and Circus Space. Various projects at the Roundhouse, A DanceXchange Sky Arts project with Gary Clarke and for Birmingham International Dance Festival 1-24th June 2018 with a focus on the outdoor and off-site programming.
Eleni is passionate about work with a physical and social movement and those projects which use shared civic spaces as playgrounds for change.
